Application purpose

AutoExpense AI is a personal finance and expense-tracking application. After you sign in with Google, the app requests read-only Gmail access so you can:

Connect a Google account and scan selected date ranges for receipt, invoice, and payment emails
Automatically extract merchant, amount, date, and category using AI
View spending dashboards, manage categories, and export CSV (paid plans)

How we use Google user data

To provide expense-tracking features, AutoExpense AI requests the following limited access:

gmail.readonly — Used only to read receipt, invoice, and payment confirmation emails you choose to scan. We do not send, delete, or modify email on your behalf.
userinfo.email and userinfo.profile — Used to identify your account and personalize your expense dashboard.

Google user data is not used for advertising. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except trusted service providers (Supabase for database, OpenRouter for AI parsing, Cloudflare for hosting, Lemon Squeezy for billing) who are contractually bound to protect it.
