AutoExpense AI is a web application that helps individuals track personal expenses from email receipts and payment confirmations in Gmail.
Application purpose
AutoExpense AI is a personal finance and expense-tracking application. After you sign in with Google, the app requests read-only access to Gmail and lets you:
- Connect a Google account and grant read-only Gmail access
- Scan selected date ranges for receipt, invoice, and payment emails
- Automatically extract merchant, amount, date, and category using AI
- View spending dashboards, manage categories, and export CSV (paid plans)
How we use Google user data
We use Google OAuth to sign you in and the Gmail API (gmail.readonly)
only to fetch emails you choose to scan. We do not send email, delete email, or
access Gmail except to provide expense-tracking features you request. Google user
data is not used for advertising. See our
